What is the quality of the materials?

All of my creations are made from high-quality plexiglass (acrylic) imported from Europe.

I carefully select the type and thickness of the material according to the specific artwork – to ensure a strong, clear, and impressive result.

Although the material is durable, it should still be handled with care – a fall may cause it to break.

For larger letters or premium creations, I use extra-thick, high-grade plexiglass to guarantee the highest quality.

The preparation time for each artwork is up to 7 business days from the moment you approve the sketch by email (the sketch is sent within 56 hours after you submit your photos).

Every piece is custom-made for you with personal care and attention to detail – which is why sufficient time is needed to ensure the highest quality result.

If you have a close deadline, you’re welcome to contact me directly, and I’ll check if it’s possible to shorten the timeline.

 Personal tip: The earlier you place your order, the more precise, detailed, and perfect your artwork will be.

  1. Choosing the artwork – We’ll first select the type of artwork that’s right for you.
  2. Select the letter(s) – Choose one letter (A–Z), or two letters (for an additional fee).
  3. Who is it for? – It’s important to know who the creation is dedicated to: a parent, a close friend, a valued employee, etc.
  4. Delivery date – To ensure quality, please place your order at least 15 business days before the requested delivery date.
  5. Send photos & dedication – Provide up to 15 photos per letter, in good quality. Phone photos are perfectly fine as long as they are sharp and clear.
  6. Sketch for approval – I will send you a draft by email within 56 hours. If changes are needed, we’ll make them. one change is for free, the next one will be $30
  7. Payment – Payment can be made by credit card/ paypal  or a secure payment link. Once completed, you’ll receive an official invoice/receipt.
  8. Collection or shipping – You can either collect your artwork in Tel Aviv or receive home delivery.
  9. Check the details – Please make sure all details are correct: names, dates, wording, payment.
  10. Final approval – After approving the sketch, the final creation process begins.
  11. File Storage – Once the files are submitted, I will back them up for a period of one year.

I create every letter with deep attention, emotion, and a personal touch to every detail.

Each collage is built from up to 15 photos per letter, carefully arranged so that every image blends harmoniously into the overall story of the artwork.

After processing the photos and building the composition, I will send you a draft for approval – to make sure you’re fully happy with the design.
In most cases (99%), clients reply with “Perfect!” – and the creation moves forward.

If you wish to make changes after approving the draft, it is possible, but please note that each revision involves an additional fee of 15$.
This is why it’s important to ensure in advance that all photos, names, and dedications you send are final and correct.

  • The price of each creation is determined by the type of letter, the number of letters, and their size.

I carefully package each creation with both internal and external protection – to prevent any breakage or damage during shipping.

However, if the artwork arrives broken (due to external damage or courier mishandling), please send me a photo immediately upon opening the box.

In such a case, after verifying the damage and checking the measurements with the lighting element, I will arrange for my courier to collect the damaged piece – and I will create a completely new artwork for you.

If the artwork breaks after delivery, please note that I back up every design for one year. This allows me to recreate it for you at a reduced cost of $100.

Delivery is made to the address you provide when placing your order – straight to your door.

Is shipping included in the price?

  • Within Israel – Shipping is included in the price of the artwork.
  • International – The cost is determined based on the destination address and chosen delivery option.

How is the artwork shipped?
Each piece is carefully packaged with protective layers and special bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely and intact.

 

Self-collection option
You may also collect your artwork by prior arrangement from my studio in Tel Aviv.

My gallery was closed before COVID and has since moved fully online. If you’d like to arrange a meeting, I’d be happy to schedule one with you un zoom or if you are in Israel we can meet in the Tel Aviv area.
