Website and Company Policy
General
Placing an order through the website constitutes acceptance of the company’s policy.
Without full payment, the design and production process of the letter cannot begin.
This policy must be approved prior to placing an order.
Payment by credit card can be made directly through the website or by phone with the studio at +972-52-86645216 during business hours (Sun–Thu 9:00–18:00, Fri 9:00–12:00).
The delivery time for the artwork is 20 business days from the approval of the sketch (excluding Friday).
The design process includes one free revision. Any additional sketch beyond two revisions will incur an extra fee of $30 each.
Cancellation of an order for a personalized creation will not entitle the customer to a refund.
Photos to be included in the artwork must be uploaded through the website or sent via WhatsApp after the order is placed, together with the order number received at checkout. Please notify us if a person in the photos is not related to the creation.
Since the materials used in the production are delicate, minor scratches may occur. These do not constitute damage to the artwork.
Delays in delivery due to reasons beyond the artist’s control and/or third parties will not entitle the customer to compensation.
Customers must handle the artwork with great care. Upon opening for the first time, hold it from the bottom to prevent falls and breakage.
Some letters are attached with a screw inside the stand, but this remains delicate. Extra caution is required when handling them. The artist will not be held responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow this instruction.
Shipping Policy
When a letter is ready for collection or delivery, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
Courier delivery includes one delivery attempt only. Please ensure you provide an address where someone is available between 8:00–17:00. If no one is available at the provided address, the courier will leave a notice and the package will be available for collection at the nearest post office.
For international shipping, we use Israel Post EMS. Shipping costs are determined by the type of artwork, its weight, and the destination country. Once approved by the customer, the package will be sent to the destination. Delivery to Europe or the USA may take up to 30 business days from dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT according to the laws of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
YaelMan Art works with courier companies and is not responsible for delivery times.
Shipping Policy

Courier delivery is handled by Israel Post Couriers. The courier makes one delivery attempt only. Please provide an address where someone is available between 8:00–17:00. If no one is available, the courier will leave a note and the package must be collected independently from the nearest post office.
We also ship internationally via Israel Post (EMS). The shipping cost will be determined according to the type of artwork, its weight, and the destination country. Once confirmed by the customer, the package will be sent abroad. Delivery time to Europe or the USA may take up to 30 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or VAT depending on the laws of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Custom-made items (Selfie Letters, Engraved Letters, Life Letters, or any other personalized artworks) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-personalized items (such as theme letters, bookends, etc.) may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or gift voucher. Exchanges are handled at the artist’s studio.
Refunds for non-personalized items may be requested within 14 days of receipt, according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
If returned by mail, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty & Repairs
All Yael Man artworks are designed and crafted in Israel using the highest quality materials, with advanced printing and cutting technologies. Each piece undergoes strict quality control.
All illuminated letters (lighting fixtures) come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering lighting system malfunctions. If the lighting system fails during the warranty period, the customer may bring or ship the artwork (at their expense) to the studio, where the lighting will be replaced if not physically broken.
Warranty covers the lighting system only.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by falls, improper handling, or breakage.
For non-electrical repairs, please coordinate with the studio to assess and resolve the issue.
Proper Use & Care
To ensure long-lasting preservation of your artwork:
Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, water, or sharp objects.
Do not expose to perfumes, creams, hair products, or similar substances.
Store in a dry place.
For illuminated letters, always use the original power cable provided with the artwork.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Yael Man Art collects, stores, and protects your information when using our website.
Personal information (including name, email, and shipping details) is used solely for processing and delivering your order.
Information is stored securely in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981).
Credit card payments are processed via a secure third-party provider. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
Your personal information may be used to contact you, improve services, and occasionally send promotional emails in compliance with the Israeli Spam Law (2008).
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Yael Man Art is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure events such as technical failures, strikes, or natural disasters.
Company Liability
Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly.
In the event of errors in product description, Yael Man Art will not be held liable.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
